Subscriptions and free trials are managed by Apple. To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

If you have already purchased Gems Premium, use Restore Purchases in the app when this feature is available.

- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- Your Gems app version, if it appears in settings.
- A short description of the issue.
- For a purchase, tell us whether you are trying to subscribe, restore or cancel.
